The Patagonia Brimmer Boonie Hat in light olive provides a UPF 40+ sun protection and instant shade for full days outside. The hat is made of 100% recycled polyester stretch ripstop that has been treated with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS. It works just as well for a hike as it does on the river, and thanks to its foam brim and lightweight construction, it floats if you take an accidental swim. The adjustable chincord keeps the hat in place, even in windy conditions.
